For risk-free Paypal to [Insert Bank Name Here] or vice versa, go to paymanila.com, scam-free pa.

Also, mahal ra ni. I used to sell my Paypal funds at 40php per 1$.

    Hope this answers your question.

I have been using Paypal for many months now, and so far, I have no problem with Paypal-to-bank transfers. The rate is pretty low too. You will only get charged every time you transfer less than 7,000 pesos. Otherwise, there are no bank charges. You only have to wait for 5 days before your money is credited to your account. However, the transferred funds will automatically be converted to Philippine pesos. The amount you'll get will depend on the exchange rate, though Paypal's is slightly lower.
