so far ang mga issues kay same ra gihapn like we before.. 2 years plus nako..
- sweldo, mga new hires mas dako og sweldo (base pay).. na apsan na ang uban.. og naligsan ang mga dugay2x napod w/c is unfair.. according to our meetings they are doing something daw like gi patas-an ang naligsan.. pero para nako sayp ila buhat.. dapat unta tanan na apektahan ang patas-an.. like if 12thou sa una .. nya mag 15thou na karon.. dapat unta tanan add og 3000...
- benefits such as convert leaves to cash.. same ra gihapn.. survey2x pa sa una.. pero ang resulta ambot asa to.. cge lang og survey pero wala action na makita sa side sa empleyado.. storya ra sa mangement na action daw..
- sakto ka.. dili sila kabalo mo assign og tawo.. naay uban mabutang sa dili sakto na position.. like nimo..
on the brighter side.. bisag naa ko sa darker.. they are telling na.. nawala daw ang trust sa Atlanta karon.. due to mismanagement of finances sa older management.. so far.. new director na karon, 3 new managers.. pero naa gihapn tong uban na karaan... basin ma ayo2x na.. basin unta.. kay gamay nalang..
sa mga projects... murag maintenance usally ang software.. pero sa hardware naa mga na own sa Cebu... nya if nag expect mo og CMMI level 4 or 5.. ayaw nalang kay naa rani sa 2 or 3.. hehehe
yup karon ang newhires.. naa na training2x... sa una sa ato na time wala na.. on your own.. sagdi lang kay we learned on our own man.. naa sa pros and cons ana..
another thing is ang monitoring.. sa time nato.. wala pa na ang CRR.. wala pa ang counting of lates and breaks.. (basta 8hours lang jud ka, ikaw na bahala pakapin)...
ang chicks na HR.. so far duha ra na ako nailhan chix.. si PU185xxx og si CF185xxx ... nyahahaha.. ang uban no comment..

Last.. dapat naa daw psychological exam ug background check aron dili na maka hire ug mga walay au ug kawatan!!!
Well, if you have read my comments carefully you wouldn't have ask this question. I said it is your right to complain but do not be cruel.
So it doesn't need qualifications to complain. Because first and foremost, people who tends to complain too much are those who doesn't have idea at all what they are complaining about. Little knowledge is dangerous. You should have at least "been there, done that" before you complain about somebody's performance. Do ya think so?

food for thought lang noh:
-how does a company that is almost more that a century old;
-which a rich history in the R&D field;
-that seems to be doing well at the US stock exchange;
-seems to have good management practices (although, due to its size... decisions sometimes come at a snails pace)
can have such feedback on this forum as posted in the earlier threads...
it leads you to a question:
-the posters seems to be all just the same people; ngano sila raman permi? where are the others?
-subjects seems to all the same (sounding like sour-graping); ngano man?
if NCR has around 200 employees & there are only around 15-20 names (unique posters, hopefully) that are posting here seemingly intending to point out grievances and issues...
-where are the rest?
-what does the other have to say?
-are these sentiments a consensus?
at the end of the day... i guess, the rest are either pursuing their goals,thru the company... or either feel that they are rewarded... or either the don't care type (as long as there's money to pay the bills... or either swamped with work... or something else... or some would post here at stir a ruckus...
NCR is not that bad i guess... it just goes the same with the rest of the other businesses in the market...

True.. true.. let me address some of your questions.
*NCR Cebu now has about 400 employees. Most are new so they haven't experienced much of the "power tripping" management yet. A lot of people complain but they really don't post in istorya.net, other also complain but become silent when asked if they have complains. There are also some who don't care. There are those that have no choice and really needs the job. A lot of people use NCR as training grounds for them to be able to enter other companies easier. Some people in the admin also have complains. Some complain, some stay quiet.
It's just another business but somehow managed by unsystematic people. (My point of view)
