    if you cant get the understatement behind that line, its your problem.

    I dont know if you are still with ncr, ex-ncr, or ncr wannabee, worst if you want to get out but you cant get out because of practicallity, but theres nothing wrong with that.

    FYI: managers there are not involved in project development, instead monitoring of engineers kun kinsa ang late, absent, approval of leaves etc ang ila gibuhat. FYI only..clear?

    when i said managers in that company are doing nothing but msoffice and staff monitoring, do you think that is a compliment? do you think that is in their defense?

    hala ka! gubot pa diay gihapon ang NCR? sus abi nako to nawala na after nawagtang ang mga karaang management...apil na ming mga ordinaryong naligsan...hehehe..

    Unsa pay balita be? Post sad mo ug maayo kay di pud tingali walay improvement diha. Naa pa ang chicks na HR?...limot ko sa iya ngalan da.

    Hinay2x ra mo mga undo/inday kay ma lock na sad inyo thread kun magpatoyang mo. Pahungaw lang sa companya...walang personalan.

    true enough. my hubby and i didn't grow there. paghawa niya, nakakita siya ug much better opportunity, and i'd say, ok na iyang trabaho. on my part, i went home and land a job, with much better pay kesa dira. sa akong one year pagstay ana nga company, wa jud koi uban nahibaw-an, other than akong nakat-unan tung college pa ko. comparing it with my stay here, before ko nagtuig, nahimo ko senior software dev, and lahi ra jud kaayo.

    Fresh grads/newbies, first year or so of work, and they think they knew everything about management and office politics.
