pre, it appears james randi only attacks people who use this ability for profit. In my book, that is ALWAYS fraud - like sa IMB. I'm not sure how real the real ones are over there. But still, I'd be interested in random subjects though.
Apparently most of the time it doesn't apply to our regulars here. :-/
@tokidoki
In his explanations, there are techniques daw used by frauds to mimic the same effects pero illusions lang lahat ng nangyayari.. just like Criss Angel and David Copperfield...
The fact that it's being demonstrated on TV already provides a platform for doubt.
I used to believe atong mga psychics sa Lifestyle channel until Penn & Teller exposed them that they actually make a lot of guesswork and cut out the mistakes. The finished product only makes it SEEM they got everything right. On top of that, the audience were made to sign a waiver and a NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT as to what transpired in the filming. The other psychic, sadly, was more brutally scrutinized in a sense that they picked a random person off the street and read something about him. She never guessed anything right.
I'm not overly doubtful of everyone here. In fact, I believe Soul Doctor to some extent (of course, not fully).![]()
Nawawala kasi yung essence nung gift (according to soul doctor) when it is used for profit.
Is that your signature?
flaming? it's not flaming. it's giving a FACT. you want proof? i'll give you proof. search in YouTube about Uri Gellar, too bad youtube's blocked in our office but i'll try to give you links when i get home. Uri Gellar is nothing more than an illusionist/stage performer, rather than someone who posses telekinetic powers.
spoon-bending? i know how it's done. one of the simplest magic tricks ever.
