Just got this from CNN minutes ago. It says that the test/trial run was successful. Can't wait to see the "Big Bang" and all.

wahahah.... kurat kaau ko pagkakita sa thread da!!! for a while, abi nako naa tay HLC sa pinas..hehe...

Actually, mao jd ni gi-refer sa Angels and Demons. Unsa man? magbuhat najd ni sila ug anti-matter?
Ok ra na oi... wala ra nay problema.. unless naay muawat sa novel.hehehe... About sa "mini blackholes" kung naa man gani, d cguro na sila makabuhat ug ing-ana nga big enough to be self sustaining...

OT: any news about Dan Browns new novel? Solomon Key ba title ato?

It is a fact because i knew it.

EDIT: Pero seriously, its not somewhat similar sa Angels and Demons. I haven't read Angels and Demons pero i know its main plot. Anti-matter? Hell possibly yes. Pero Anti-matter does exist today and is even manufactured for 2 billion dollars a milligram of it. Anti-matter is safe if handled properly, but is LHC safe to handle it? i guess so.

And i agree with vern, too bad there is no science forum in here.

i've read Angels and Demons and this is something similar (anti-matter).

BTW, this BIG BANG boy was switched ON today and it was a success.
