agree ko sa suggestion nga buy ug daghan bibiron....aron at least once a day ra ang pag sterilize....daghan man short cuts bro...mao ask ko pila na age sa bata and sa mommy kay basin naa mga suggestions nga maka help sa inyo sitwasyon....
#1 - buy more feeding bottles
#2 - no need to use hot water (believe me ako anak wala jud ni katilaw warm nga dede sahay straight from the ref pa..very convenient kay if on the go mi...diretso ra nako mix ang formula with the bottled water)
also depende sad sa budget...if naa budget well maka pahimos ug relax2x gamay ...if menos budget aw of course wadwad jud ta....
naa pod ko i-share gamay....this is a very touching and inspiring one for all the fathers out there....please make sure you watch the video ...the link is attached at the end of the short story....all i can say is...the things we do for love....

A son asked his father, 'Dad, will you take part in a marathon with me? The father who, despite having a heart condition, says 'Yes'. They went on to complete the marathon together. Father and son went on to join other marathons, the father always saying 'Yes' to his son's request of going through the race together.
One day, the son asked his father, 'Dad, let's join the Ironman together.' To which, his father said 'Yes' too. For those who don't know, Ironman is the toughest triathlon ever. The race encompasses three endurance events of a 2.4 mile (3.86 kilometer) ocean swim, followed by a 112 mile (180.2 kilometer) bike ride, and ending with a 26.2 mile (42.195 kilometer) marathon along the coast of the Big Island .
Father and son went on to complete the race together.

Keep the fire burning like when you were both new lovers.
ay G! grabe btaw yan father-and-son tandem na yan! when i saw that video the other year...sige jud ako cry oi.
about the bibiron....come to think of it....how many do u have?
When Anton was still using dede.... i had hmmm.... 10 big ones (200ml) for the house use... and 6 more for going out (the nicer and more expensive ones) being rotated at one time. I am sure I went through a lot of bottles over the 3 years nya na nag-dede. Not all bought AT ONCE...some were given too.... but I had always in usage mga at least 10. If one was laspag na or meron na mga crack crack even if there is no leakage...I would throw that away.
Also...I had a microwavable steamer. Just put in a bottle's worth of purified water...place the washed bottles, nipples and caps, then pop it in the microwave and after 8 minutes I had very clean and sterile bottles. Once the bottles have cooled down a bit...throw the water out...let the steam evaporate and then close the contraption again and now the bottles are in storage. Soooo made my life easier.
Wag sanayin ang bata sa warm dede. Maloloka kayo sa pagpabugnaw nyan sa madaling araw. Wag din sa cold mashado kay hay naku *rolleyes* tignan nyo anak ko....aba eh gusto kung pwede galing freezer (short of being semi-frozen) ang iya dede! Grrrrrrrr.
d'...right now he has 8 main bottles...naa reserve nga 6 just in case....sa diha pa mi sa cebu...i was using Dr Edwards Strerilized water para sa iya dede...nya ang bottle sa dr edwards kay sakar man ang standard nga nipples ...so i had the luxury of having disposable bottles if needed...pero kay na anad man gud siya Avent nipples which are bigger so talagsa ra sad ko gamit sa uban bottles...ang main bottles ra jud kombati....lig-on ayo ang avent ...mahal gamay pero worth it....9 months na hapit ang iya first set kombati lang gihapon....ako na lang gi ilisan ang nipples kay pang newborn man to...pero wala siya ka guba oi...
ka wa bay ayo ana na grl..haha sorry! pero wa siyay pulos ug mao man ganing.. ako nlng unta imong gi minyoan..hahahah mo atiman pako ug bana!hahahaha joke! bitaw, talk to her sa lambing na way.f mo revenge siya kay imo gi yaw yawan, pag dcde nlang..LMAO!
Mao sad ni ang akong nadunggan nga advice sa obstetrician especially nga gikan ug stress ang lawas sa mama after delivery labi na if cesarean pa gyud kahuman nine months pa gyud gi-house ug nurture sa mother ang baby insdie her womb...
Bro, tagi-a na ug ample nga pahuway imo esmi... Ayo ka mabughat?! Susme, mas dako na nga problema...
basin nakapangasawa kag what they call a " disposable wife ". daghan pod kaau na karon " disposable girlfriend ".mao jud na tarunga jud ninyo pili hehehehe![]()
