xiao-xiao's testimony is "christianly" inclined and therefore not an objective opinion. I have nothing against paganism and in fact I would prefer it over christianity due to its more nature-oriented practices. i am for any forms of belief that embraces not just man but everything on this green earth. Any belief that pampers the human ego (directly or indirectly) is totally a no-no for me.

forgive me for saying this again but any type of religion that calls another as "EVIL", "SATANIC" or "ANTICHRIST" is just BS and only begs for trouble.

this is an unwholesome discussion. some of you had been very much "accusers" of something you are not part of.

its like a lassalista who had never ever tasted the Ateneo education, accusing an Atenista from the outside. Why not enroll in the Ateneo? If the Ateneo doesn't work for you, you can always withdraw and enroll in any other institution.

That is the time that you may criticize what is. Always critique a group from the inside,not out. Otherwise you are only eating eggshell, not the yolks.

oh please. if mao na imo example why don't you tell ChED to stop evaluating schools because, according to you, the evaluator (critic) can't be a lassalista and atenean and a bosconian and a whatever at the same time!

these people make the final evaluation of these schools from the outside and scrutinize the quality of education while only spending just a few hours in a class and picking random students (that hardly is enough time for me). why not bring your argument with them?

My reaction to this statement is that - you can only assume but not required to judge what they practice. Besides, I've seen many masons participate in goodwill. I don't think that need criticism either.

ChED evaluates schools from the level of its performance. The better the school, the better it produces individuals and performing students. If that is your example, then surely You are not ChED to be in the position to criticize this institution.

no one ever said here that you cannot comment on what you've read about or make sensible conclusions. what we're pointing out is that, you cannot verify what you've read especially that you are not a member of the group! you might not know, the things that you've read are entirely falsehoods written to disrupt the good name of the order.

Besides, everyone is entitled to their opinion. But not everyone has the right to say that their knowledge is far more superior than someone's experience.

I find it amuzing to know that you are among the people who really go against the hidden knowledge. Much more likely because you don't really know what these things are really about. Do they empower the individual? Yes they do. What is its purpose? To know thyself.
