    or... butangi omega imo forehead, makatulog kas kahalang, esp kung butangan nimo duol sa mata, mapugos ka'g piyong....and then eventually you fall sleep.

    ayaw lang sad paduol maau sa mata kai kuyaw.

    this is how i do it.

    ...establish a sleeping routine..if u find it hard to sleep, drink warm milk..unless if you have milk allergy..

    Take a brisk walk an hour or so before you go to bed. Try not to think of anything that will stress you out. Think of happy thoughts when you lie down to sleep. Dont forget to pray. If you dont like to pray, meditate...

    were desame...insomniac sad ko..its bin 4 years na..ng falling hair na gani ko ron..2ngod stress.i dnt knw saon ko ni...huhu

    hi..iv had insomnia since grade5 which is was 12 yrs ago...daghan ko mga nasuwayan nga epektibo..try the following vitamins:

    -appentens capsule
    -propan

    vitamin b complex(in appentens) helps your body relax when it needs to rest.
    while iron (in propan) makes you drowsy.
    ayaw lang ni dungana ang duha..pili lang asa mas ffective nimo..ok ra man ni ky vit ra man.imna 2-4 hours before sleep..

    if grabe na jud gani kaayo,pwede sad ka magpa-resita sa doktor ug mga parelax:
    -xanor
    -lexotan
    ayaw lang pirmiha kay basin ma-dependent ka.worst cases lang.

    naa sad produkto nga bago nga mao ni gi maintain nako.its called Leizenzie.food supplement ra ni.available only in mercury drugstore..

    ..kana sad chamomile tea naa na sa Bo's coffeshop pero mahal kaayo..P50 ang bag..
