this is very similar to
1. Half Life - pcgame (science study which opened a portal)
2. The Myst (same thing - opened a portal)
3. Star Gate (oh yea, more portal)
4. Doom 4 - pcgame (research thing in mars, hmm yea opened another portal to hell)

What is to look forward to with this LHC project is to explain how "God's Particle" or the Higgs Boson (proposed by Peter Higgs) made massless particles obtain their mass by replicating the events after the Big Bang in a small/controlled environment. The experiment will change the way people think about our origins especially those who hold that religious notion of a "six-day" creation are sure to be among those who will be disappointed.

After all of these....a lot of theories and arguments will be settled and a lot of books will be rewritten and and teachings changed ...
