pagbutang niya daan sa iyang photos sa net without taking precautions para dili makopya, mura ra pud ug iya tong gilawog sa public domain...

pero kung ganahan siya mangwarta, ok gihapon kaayo...murag kaila baya ko ani niya na blogger, magpabangka lang nya ko inig human niya ug daug sa kiha...hehehe

I think the blogger did some precautions. As mentioned naay watermarks ang photos.

Then my doubts turned into anger. Three photos from my blog appeared one after the other. What made it worse is that the photos were zoomed so close that the watermarks can no longer be seen on television.

For me, the people behind this should be reprimanded because dili man na rightful mangawat lang ta bisan asa ug mga photos and even articles. The owners of these photos/articles should be given proper credits para sa ilang hardwork. Although this issue rampant naman kaayo sa internet nga dli na ma control or ma bantayan. But for a big worldwide company like ABS they should practice proper etiquette when it comes to mga copyright. Mu file raba dayon ug case, basta naa makitan nga ni copy sa ilaha.

hinoon, common man ang piracy diri so mura lag wala to the most of us.
but kung ikaw naa sa lugar sa photographer/blogger nya gi copy paste ra imo trabaho and they gain a lot from it, ok ra?
ok ra cguro kung assignment ra sa school, but the infringement was shown in national TV.
wa man lang "courtesy of" or gipakita ang iyang watermark sa show.

wala ko ni ask og permission pero wala man pud ko nanaway sa uban nga nang grab ra pud og pics. ang uban man gud kusog kaayo mu sulti nga bati na, bati ni pero utro pud diay ang binuhatan. bisan gigamit na for profit or wala pero matod pa "the end does not justify the means". plus if you really want people nga mu ask og permission first before using your images in the internet, you can place restrictions para ana. if wala aw mahug ra nag free for all unless kung copyrighted na imong images. kung copyrighted iyang images, aw pwedi siya mo file og case pero kung wala, aw walay ma hems. pero murag wala may copyright to iyang pics unya wala niya butangi og restrictions nga dili ma copy, so free for all ra to.
