Currently, Nope. I had before troubles with Globe and Smart but after saying the word "I know my consumer rights, if I don't get the service promised... Idedemanda ko kayo" and I got my problem was solved after a few minutes. Anyways, I'm sick of having to threaten ISP before they actually do something about it. So incase I have more troubles in the future, I better be prepared.
