yes.. since you must have to turn it off to see display again....

normally that message will appear if the monitor is not receiving signal.. but as soon as it receive signals back, it should be gone and you will see images again.

bag-o pa ni nimo ang computer? normal man na. di na kailangan na iswitch off and on during restart. huwata lang mubalik ra na ang display.

you should also check the port of your vga it may be loosen and you have to adjust it,,

Bisan pa ako hulaton after a few minutes say 15mins after nag restart ang pc
still it has no display not unless ako e switch off balik then switch on na sad
normally kong mag restart sa pc after a few seconds gani ra na naman dayun activity imo
makita sa diplay pero kani different gyud. Ing ani gyud siguro ni na monitor "samsung 551v"

The first likely cause would be the monitor... try testing your pc on another monitor.

If that's not the cause... it might be something with your videocard.. although its highly remote....

It might also be something with the OS or the videocard drivers... try testing your monitor on another pc.
