i think there s no such university establish there in Southern part of Cebu....

considering, lau kasi ng Cebu City from there...

it would help decongest students from the city, USJR Balamban could cater to students from the south even from San Carlos City kung kinahanglan kay proximity wise, mas dali lang as compared to Cebu City proper....
