@ GIDDYBOY .... bai ... its like a government , whena crime or say ISSUES happened in the neighborhood , PGMA is not responsible for that because she did not MONITOR it thus it occured . Its the responsibility of the BARANGGAY CAPTAIN to deal and sanction it . Ang i monitor ni PGMA are her governors who monitors also the mayor's and manages the councilors who babysits the barangay captains .
