dili na sa memory timings nimo ang naka low virtual memory sa imong system... kulang gyud imong memory to run the application you're using... solution is not to tweak the timings... but to add memory...

as what poldo said basin ubos ra kaayo imo virtual memory. take a look at you system properties kung unsa iya configuration. mas maayo unta ug dako-dako pa imo free space sa imo hard drive para pwede nimo ma modify ang imong virtual memory settings and change the page file allocation. if naa ka budget mas maayo pun-an nimo physical memory

I have a 250GB HDD SATA and my Drive C: has 50 GB naa pa free space nga 38GB then I have 2 X 1GB memory DDR2 PC800....

I research the issue of program I use...naa diay bug ug mao na iya problem sometimes mag suol nang ing ana nga low space kuno.... and when you said nga kulang akong memory dako kaayo na nga binuang 512MB raman gani iya requirements ana...

do a disk cleanup. clear recycle bin as well then read the following link para maliwanagan ka.
