btaw, i can't say na the "best" ang ACT. pro dpende ra na sa student kung magkugi cya. dli mn tanan gud ihatag sa instructors, mao self study nlng

by d way, IT Supervisor ko sa isa ka semiconductor company sa mepz. and im proud na gikan ko sa ACT

ACT being the best computer school? Some may agree to it some may not. Well, I graduated in ACT as well and I was a Technical Assistant (working student). But I can't really say ACT is the best nor it is inferior to other schools. I think, using a superlative word like "best" is quite exaggerating unless you share the same view. Because, "best" has different standards to each individual. This might be the best for me, but for other people it may not. Plus, "computer world" is too broad, there are a lot of things not taught in schools. So there's no way I can agree to ACT as being the "best" computer school. Yet I can say, ACT is a competent.

As I was reading through the thread, the comments regarding programming languages really got my attention. The one that ACT is teaching "advanced languages" and C++ being degraded? Guys, C and C++ are very powerful languages and it is not yet obselete in the industry. Plus when we say hiring? There are still a lot of companies that hire C and C++ programmers. Not because it is called low-level languages it already can be sorted out in the time of stone age. All languages have key strengths and drawbacks at the same time.

In my humble opinion, not just because a person knows how to write codes in 1 or 2 languages they are called developers/programmers but it is when a person create out of their imagination that considers the machine/system, fellow programmers and users. There are a lot of people who can write codes and solve tasks. It is the character/attitude of the person that makes them a programmer, not the just the code alone.

Computer World is very interesting and very fun to venture. And ACT may or may not be the best but I don't have any regrets that I graduated there.

Aw maayo ka diha kay mailhan pa na ang campus sa bulacao. Kami intawn sa una inig pangutana, "Wer diay ka nagskul?" tubag lang pud ko "ACT sa colon", "aw naa pud diay sa colon? asa man ana bah?", "uu, kana gud babaw sa chowking", "ay ooh skul diay na cya?" kafaet namo! Pero kung buot huna2xon sak2 cla dli ilado ang skul b4 and give credits to the students nga nitabang nga mailhan ang skul kay it's not the skul who exerted the efforts kundi ang studyante. Ang skul dawat ra na ug credits para makakwarta cla suma sa una ang TA full ang scholarship pero starting sa batch a2 nila kuan heheheh wla na gifull kay I don't know hehehe, ask d skul. Ang TA b4 maduol pa sa mga student, ang TA krn dli na maduol kay ngano man? dli pud cguro tungod kay garboso sila ug samot pud siguro dli tungod kay dli cla kabalo. Cguro tungod kay dli lang jud cla maduol! Ug usa pa sab, sure kaha mo na ang skul ang ga2dlo sa updated nga mga languages? Ask your teachers daw? Do some brainstorming stuffs it might be useful! A!CT is d best lagi!
