nalingaw lang ko ug basa of which kahibaw man cguro tang tanan ug pila ka glasses ang needed for us to take/drink everyday & unsa ang benefit, then gibalik2x ra ang story! mao ra akng ika share... hehe
there is no scientific proof that drinking 6-10 glasses of water a day is beneficial to maintaining good health.
