Canker Sores or Lu-as

i've experienced having canker sore from braces. i used to gargle with bactidol and after 3-4 days, it'll be gone! yey!

Mostly oral hygiene gyud xa. Others kay very sensitive lng gyud like me. Mg ka mouth sore na if kusog ra pgka toothbrush btaw or ma mild trauma ako mouth like ma igo or mapaakan. For me, naay pgka psychological pud bah, kay if mg huna2 ko ma luas, mahimo gyud luas ako trauma sa mouth, if dili ko mg huna2 ako e divert ako attention di xa mahimo luas pud.

try anang tambal sa lu-as.. very cheap ra na siya.. i was able to buy one.. less than p50 ra.. pangitaunon lang.. effective.. although magkabig ang sore, magkahapdos siya.. but seconds ra jud..

Per my experience,

Causes:
Stress
Mouth trauma (napaakan ang dila ug uban oral mucosa)

Treatment:
Oral hygiene (brushing ang gargling with mouth antiseptic after every meal)
Daktarin mouth gel
Vitamin C

lu-as tawas ry effective na tambal sakit cya inig apply pero dali ra jud ang effecto sa tawas, pero naa sab canker sore drop mapalit mana sa pharmacy.

sa china ang ilang itambal ky kaning moist sa steam rice makita ni sa cover sa rice cooker mao ni ipahid sa lu-as but before that imo sa ng limpyohan ang dapit nga naay lu-as before ka moapply. just my 2 cent.

effective pud ang honey.. suki ko aning lo as.. permi ko loason.

ang pinka effective na tambal kay "Debacterol" medyo mahal ni siya tag 1000 pesos ang grapa, gamay pa gyud..

pero effective kaayo ni, sa dental supplies ni siya mapalit..

Last year naay cancer sore akong dila... usually basta magka lu-as ko, it doesn't last more than a week pero this one kay na abtan ug 2 months unya wala gihapon mawagtang. I went to a specialist, he took a biopsy and found out it was squamous cell carcinoma (Cancer).

They ended up taking a part of my tongue and karon I go to my specialist every 3 months for checkup.

This is just a heads up.. ug naa moy lu-as nga murag dugay na unya wala mawagtang, don't wait for two months (like I did).. ipatan-aw nalang dayon sa doctor.
