    If dili muhatag then maybe you can settle for Referral letter from Head nurse or any1 authorized.
    Naa jud mga comapnies na sigurits and they turned out with fast turn-overs because of the same policy.

    illegal na basta di mohatag og certificate, unsa gud na companyaha! even a 1 month training naa kay certificate ana.

    basta awol... dili gyud ka tagaan ug certificate of employment. mao na requirements gyud.

    wat if before ko ng.awol nkapangayo ko ug certificate from the HR.. pwde ra 2 xa mgamit kng mg.apply ko ug lain?

    it's either you don't declare nga ni-work ka sa imong previous company or you just don't go AWOL until you get your CoE... pero with the former, basin mahibaw-an ra ghapon bisan di nimo i-declare kay makit-an sa imong mga sss contributions. if mag-awol pud ka, mabadshot na nuon ka sa imo gi-applyan if motawag sila sa imo previous employer. mao ni advice sa akong friend nga HR, ayaw jud pag AWOL...
