@darkcruz: I think having a new bldg does not make the situation better or any good news u just heard...its like hell when u are paid poorly.

no matter how good the building is, if people are paid less than people support, still no pride in working in that company..malaki pa ba sweldo ng sykes than ncr?
Ibang tl and mgr are worst than u can imagine.
BTW, if you want to hire people that are excellent in word, excel, powerpoint, consider hiring them, they have the best experience 8 hours per working day.
@NarutoKun @xxXXxx... true na sometimes it feels like hell kung gamay jud imo sweldo (relative sa imo gi trabaho).. believe me, I am struggling.. pero I'm just making the best out of the situation and staying positive especially since bonded pa ko and can't resign. Mao na every little good news is a great new.
regarding sad ato meeting with Jeff... either si Jeff is clueless or pretending to be.. he avoided every questions.. somehow wala toy sense na meeting or maybe it was just to shove to our faces saying "that is your situation, I don't wanna know and somehow I don't really care"... hmm sakto jud among counterpart for saying he is an idiot.![]()
But hey on the bright side... bugnaw ang aircon.Just stop being bitter you guys.. inyo rang buot ang mag sakit ana. Either quit (as I would do soon if dili mo improve ang situation after my bond) or compromise...

@ Igouka... walay koy planong maghimo ug gubot diri...pero just to inform you, i don't even work or plan on working diha sa NCR... it just so happened, naa lang koy mga kaila... and so far, to be honest, naa may koy ma-dunggan nga mga reklamo sa sweldo and politics, pero mas focused and mas busy man sila sa ilang work gud... I am totally from a different industry. Na-curious lang ko unsay mga masulti sa mga taw about ani nga company and I decided to give my point of view as an outsider... So, don't lead the people, especially to those who are planing on applying, thinking that I am leading to or being biased for NCR (hiding out here as management). Coz I am totally talking from an unbiased state...
Somebody told me not to reply to your thread, but you are totally out of place to judge me... The way you write your posts, totally unprofessional, just like what darkcruz said.
I am saying my piece to straighten things out with respect to my post that you quoted. I don't USE people. As to what you wrote.
If only you'll learn to focus on what YOU'RE doing, not what other people are doing, then I guess you'll learn to grow and be positive in your job. See the brighter side of what you have... Not to be busy around, posting here foul languages and not minding your job... Or do you just have lots of spare time??
Again, just my piece. And don't worry, I get to post here kay dili man pud ko ingon ana ka-busy as of karon... hehe![]()
nice forum!
for those who are planning to join this company GOOD LUCK... you will not grow here... this place is good for experience only...
the heads are only looking at their own benefits...
night shifting is like hell... bakit d nila subukan kaya... lalo na si Narinder.
At first they said there will be a 3k allowance plus night diff., that 3k is really 3k for the first 2 mos i guess but later on it becomes a per day allowance..that 3k is divided by 30/31 days...imagine thay have included the sat and sun so when you rcvd your pay it will no longer be 3k...hirap kaya mag night duty noh... bale wala rin yung allowances nila...
a lot of developers are resigning ryt now because of being under paid and nyt shift...
the company prefer to train a fresh grad than to keep their trained dev...
purya gaba lang gyud ng management diha. asa ka mangita anang taas kaayo imo rating sa inyo counterpart sa atlanta, abot diri sa cebu, hatagan lang ka ug 300Php increase with shake hands pa si RA nako with smile and "Congratulations!". wahehheeh! Asa ka anaAdto ra japun ang last say ni RA, so mura ra japun way gamit ang rating from the US counterpart...
Its not the HR that is responsible for that, ask your TL or Manager, they can tell you or shall I say they wont tell you, because they are the ones "controlling" your increase.
Ask them whats their basis, in NCR their is equality, since that is an american firm, you can always drop by in their cube and say hey, please explain.
Otherwise, my advice is study ms office and apply for a manegerial post, you will surely be paid higher.
Now you're talking about "equality". sa imo na gyud ni gikan they wont tell you, because they are the ones "controlling" your increase wahehehe! asa na man ang equality ani? magkatawa lang ko nimo
ana ra diay ka mabaw ang requirements sa NCR to have a managerial post? kabaw pa lang ko before ai, manager na diay unta ko diha karonOtherwise, my advice is study ms office and apply for a manegerial post, you will surely be paid higher.
sayon ra kaayo mosulti ug ingon ani kay di man kamo ang nasakitan!!!
