Why so negative?

Those opinion (about condo), not only ridiculous, insults people who are living in condominiums, Many people from develop countries and Manila are living in condos and they are avid lurkers and readers here. I should know since many people visited my website through the links I provided here were from other countries and from metro manila, they will not support your sentiments as far as public opinion is concern. The condo boom in Davao makes me happy since its leveling up to its urbanity.

anyway, there a couple of improvement now from my website..... check it out.

Negative? I'm just presenting my opinion based on my experience. That is, the difference between highrise and suburan real estate.

Who do you think people will believe?

Me:
I don't work for a RealEstate company. I'm just expressing my opinion, which is really obvious to everyone. I don't have a direct interest on either highrise or suburban realestate companies.

You:
While you have a website which provides a marketing tool for a highrise realestate. So basically you are part of the marketing mechanism which makes your opinion biased to whatever you are selling.

It doesn't matter whether no one will support my claims here. What is important is I can express my experience and observations. Is expressing someones observations about condos a crime here? Am I insulting people by telling my experience about condos? Nah, I don't think so. Some people would probably be happy about knowing the truth about condo vs suburban living.

Why so negative?

Obviously it's because of his hyped display of crab mentality syndrome, any discerning observer could notice it, and cringe in disgust.

It started when this bisayadako claimed so confidently, and yet so falsely (pamotbot ba) that "Daghan condo sa CDO..." in an attempt to mislead readers, or perhaps due to sheer ignorance but lacking in keeping value to words he uttered he didn't even bother to self-responsibly check his facts first. Other readers began to question the accuracy of his claims and it was discovered that he gave a false information to fellow forumers.

That is a clear offense that would be embarassing enough for any self-respecting forumer to at least apologise or to keep mum na lang. But as one notices, not only did he not apologise, he even began bashing instead condominium living without any sense of ethics to the sensitivity of people unfairly affected by his actions.

Not only that he even used someone named Mr. Bean ( I wonder how you will react upon knowing what your acquaintance actually did, it would be contemptous if you will consent) to further his attack against condo living (on a foreign point of view pa gyud!) and to add more insult to the damage, this time with the motive to discourage prospective condo investors not only in Davao (his main target but will obviously deny it as any hypocrite does, intawon IQ ani pamati siguro wala'y makabantay sa iyang pamotbot ug pagka two-faced) but inevitably those in Cebu and Metro Manila also to their disadvantage.

Kay nasakpan man sa pamotbot wala diay condominium sa iyang lugar, he began bashing condo living upon noticing that condo projecs are sprouting in Davao but CDO won't be affected having no condos. Inevitably he will catch the ire and contempt of those affected by his damaging agenda not only in Davao, but in Cebu and Metro Manila and other places in the country where certain groups spend billions of amount and hard earned effort in which he has no respect of.

His actions could send an alarming signal to developers that bisayadako's endorsed place may not be a market mature and sophisticated enough to be ready for condo investment. Meanwhile Davao is a city cosmopolitan and civilized enough to enter the new era of condo living for such a growing dynamic city. Investors need not worry, there are plenty of more intelligent investors here that would put bisayadako's IQ to shame, who could weigh up the advantages over the biased negativity of that forumer who's ugly motive is so embarassingly obvious except for him whose must have thought nobody will notice his two faced hypocrisy and the obvious envy that his claim nga "daghan condo" sa iyang lugar is still illusion.

My apologies to well meaning CDO people nga dili pareha niya, it just can't be helped that CDO will be dragged down by the kind of attitude these kinds of irresponsible forumers are showing and claiming to be for CDO. It seems CDO people should be vigilant in keeping their monicker "city of golden friendship" remain credible in the eyes of other people because it's getting corrupted due to influences kay klase-klase na mga tao dinha, you should keep your original culture vibrant that you were once admired as Mindanaoan city because it's in danger of losing from your grasp and only corrupting people over there are to be blamed.
