CON's

If you have more than enough budget for a workout, better avoid this gym since this gym is too crowded. The gym equipments are a little bit old, some are disassembled, some are not working. They use tap water for drinking water, locker room is too small.

Trainers are good but psychotic and bully (which will make your workout difficult. trust me.)
One time while doing a sit up, a trainer commented about my uten kay dako daw. lol.

Inside a mall and you can avail gym membership for cheap rates.

True, not enough space esp for their Zumba classes.
Didn't realize they're using tap water for their dispenser though.

From my experience in 2013-2014, I was lucky that I got assigned
to a program that suits my goal plus had a good personal trainor who
is worth the extra fee and amazing dance instructor.

Coupled with strict diet and running (started in Feb), lost 60 lbs
from August til May... too bad, I didn't maintain the weight loss when
I quit due to my work lols...
