I think its good to put MHS instead. and its protection also during you touch inside your computer so w/ memory heat spreader I can hold the ram well.

My friend from US told me that its good to use vantec, so no worries now I know daghan diay ni gamit ana didto and it will really improve life and performance. Even daw VALUE RAM it doesnt matter pareho ra na cla sa mga unsa pana nga ram name ray nakalahi ana ug iya designs.

careful lang sa spreader ha kay if not applied or attached correctly, it will cause more problems (more heat) that what you expected it because the rams are not designed to hold spreaders.

it makes them look good though.

got my GENERIC copper heat spreaders for APC,.. im not sure if it really drops down my ram temps but sure it looks cool,. hahaha,.

looks cool bitaw ang memory heat spreaders. i used geil value rams before, ganahan ko coz cool tan-awun ky naa naman dala heat spreader daan nga nataod na.

pero ni change ko lately to kingston value ram without heat spreaders ky i was having problems with the geil mems with my new mobo.

maybe i'll just get myself an antec spot cool to cool my mems. nice pud nya tag 900 petot ra.

Hello people, pareho naay punto...also the thread starter nag gamit ko ana recently for 3 years na almost sa brand called VANTEC the color is RED guarantee jud ko nga maka cool jud sa mems, some mems like kingston value ram are designed EVEN w/o MHS pero you can enhance by adding MHS that could be a big help for money and stretch the life of memory.

Its a good point @yugi to use that one. Wa ka masayop sa imo pag palit ug gamit ana. Its not generic bro coz mahal ang price sa vantec ug google it to know the details and specs its highly reliable.
