Default Any company who has implemented new TAX exemption law of PGMA?

Are there any company here who has implemented the new law of PGMA for tax exemption? Libog lagi ko kay sa akong company, ingon sa among accounting/hr department nga wala nila gi implement kay wala pa kunoy final implementation guidelines from the BIR, basin ma kasab-an kuno cla. If this is the case, mahitabo pa kaha ni nga tax exemption? Or dili ganahan ang taga BIR ipa implement kay mo gamay ilang collection reports?

yep, same here with me... they are not implementing it yet. and its very frustrating, coz the government promised that we can get more from our hard earned money! hmpf!
when are they planning to implement it? until GMA ends her term or they have no plans, just another law put to trash?
