i read asrock boards are manufactured by asus

redfox is biostar .. so if your looking for review on a redfox board, just google biostar instead..

but if you want a trusty board,
get an intel desktop board with intel proc, as their slogan said 'better together'

most of their boards are boring except for the high-end models such as the venerable 'bad axe',
but they are very reliable

it saves you all the hassle you would encounter. most high end parts even have 3 year warranties.

i suggest:

PDC E2140 ; P45 ; ATi HD4850(mahal ni siya) ; Team Xtreem Dark ~ 20K++;
(this is for OC'ing though, and it's just me, it's up to you)

yup PCExpress, naa sad sa Octagon
same price ... XFX manufactured the board, comes with Award BIOS
earlier revisions were manufactured by MSI, comes with AMI BIOS

well, i prefer award.
