i know though nga maka hurot ug buhok ang shampoo. so advice is to dilute with water

I don't think naay carcinogenic ingredient ang shampoo oie.. because if it has, then it wouldn't probably be sold in the market unta. And also, cancer is mostly hereditary. If you have the genes, then most probably you will have cancer in the future (granting that you are also abusing your body), whether you use shampoo or not.
