i like the kinds of japanese food my dad makes. they're not so common here so wala sila sa mga japanese restaurants.
my fave is okonomiyaki. it's like a pizza pancake with lots of cabbage. i think some restaurants are starting to serve this na.
another fave is omuraisu. translated, it means omelette rice. it's rice inside scrambled eggs. can be served plain with ketchup or you could add other ingredients. chirorin-mura in AS fortuna has this on their menu i think. not so sure.
