you can try dxdiag then goto tab display1 then enable the features there..

I think supported ni before ako vcard. Last year we have our internet connection and I always play online games (Ran Online & Supreme Destiny),both run on Direct3D Acceleration. Na disconnected mi for almost a year and just last month, we have our internet connection back again. This time dili na mo play ako online games. No hardware that supports Direct3D acceleration daw ..What can I do with this? Should I buy a new vcard or to reboot?

what is your vcard brand/model? look for the appropriate vcard driver and install it like eax stated

as what silent-kill says, you can double check also by running dxdiag and go to Display tag. check under "DirectX Features" > you have some buttons there Disable or Enable options.
