Just in case you have been a victim of being trapped in a highrise/condo lift/elevator due to some reasons, e.g.

- power outage (hmmmm, Pinas has frequent outage)
- lift mechanism failure (kulba kaayo)
- some stoned tenant was playing with the lift
- out of service
- fire (ops, do not use lifts in case of fire), (even more scary)
- some bored kids keeps pressing the buttons. while ur already late to work
- etc.

Then you need to release the anger and frustrations.
One way to do that is to see ang ka-chada sa CDO.
You can yell/squeal as much as you want while doing the CDO rapids. Thus, releasing those muscle stress and replacing with a smile from ear-to-ear.

Biking is a good exercise too. It will help you go up to your 9th floor condo nga walay hangak via the stairs. (sorry, all lifts are not working)

I strongly believe that everyone from Davao here accept dili tanan motubag Davao, alangan it's a very obvious statement. You should have noticed that conflicts occured when your CDO counterparts hit it nga tinonto like bisaya's false claim CDO has many condominiums, then nasakpan sa pamotbot nagpabaga pa ang maestro ug panlait sa condo. Then there's abogagong's malicious tira murag intrigera. Then dagan dayon kay opinion lang kuno wala ma'y proof, murag hit-and-run. Kabati gud sa kalidad sa forums diri kung ingon ana na lang, at least naa'y mga forumers who would rather keep their personal standards and integrity to stick with facts, kay intawon kung opinion lang basehan ang mga tsismosa hawod na kaayo ana. Dili man siguro mga intrigera ug tsismosa uban diri.

I really hope you have read what your CDO counterparts are doing nga manira kay klaro kaayo kinsa mga guilty, and I hope they can accept nga if people outside Mindanao would choose unsa ang maayo puy-an sa mindanao cosmopolitan-wise and dapat naa'y condominium, kadaghanan would say it's Davao for the moment if they're honest with facts. Pero ambot lang pud dili tanan diri maka-accept wala'y condo and not cosmopolitan enough ilang lugar unless mamotbot na lang kay wala'y facts, or make 2010 the undeniable "fact", duh. It seems it turned out, maybe you ought to air your concern to forumers who can't accept that fact.

Pero kung nindot puy-an ang ubang lugar kay naa didto ilang family, relatives or other more personal reasons, syempre Davao forumers would more than willingly accept their opinion basta dili lalison ang facts over opinion because answering this thread's concern asa nindot puy-an based on being cosmopolitan and having condo's require facts and dili opinion. Unless also the sourgraper has to resort to mudslinging ug pamotbot kay kana wala na'y respeto.

Ofcourse at first opinion jud ang tubag ana kay u cant conclude jud na Davao or CDO or Iligan, or unsa man ila ikatubag ang the best, so ang tubag jud ana opinion sa usa ka tao... and about sa facts, di man sab nimo mapugos ang tao if he choses to live sa usa ka lugar its because he/she spent his/her life in that certain city. dili raman ang pagka progressive sa syudad ang basehan kung asa nindut puy an... it is no doubt Davao is very progressive, dili na malalis pero dili lang tanan mo tubag ug Davao kay based pud sa personal experience nila lahi ila gusto, no need proofs naman cguro about the so called brochure na palupigay kinsay daghan building, kinsay naay pinaka taas na building, or more projects, etc... kung asa nila nahan or feel mo puyo mao ila itubag. mo gawas na opinion sya kay tubag na sa usa ka forumer, dili sya mo conclude na ang iyahang city moy nindut. naa may websites ginapost dri about CDO, so hope kana facts or proof na nila matawag, unya depende na sa tao or opinion na daun nila asa mas nindut, dili man cguro ni palupigay kinsay pinaka booming.

That would be resolved if the forumer is humble enough to apologise for her/his error about condominium, but obviously did not. Much worse not only was unwilling to apologise, nandaot pa to the point insulto na sa condo investors and developers because her/his malicious tsismis is to discourage would be investors in Davao kay wala ma'y mawala sa ila for having no condo's, obviously the ugly motive is to disadvantage Davao investors and developers who have to spend millions of money, time and effort. Isn't that an insult not only investors but to Davao City also? Is that how CDO people have to resort to sow intrigue disadvantageous to Davao para moangat sila?

It's been noticed repetitive na ang ingon ani nilang kinaiya ba. Even at first the thread starter was misled dili progressive ang Davao kay CDO na lagi daw. Not only in forums but even outside and even my personal experience, rampant kinaiya nga ingon ana sa ila. Thanks to these people CDO seems no longer getting to be known as 'golden friendship' but of arrogant, crab mentality people willing bash, intrigue and pull down Davao's interest para ilang city moangat. It cannot be denied that with their actions maapil image sa ilang city with ugly strategies gipakita nila. By now they should have awakened with consequences of what they do.

But I want to believe that there are CDO people who are honestly friendly and dili inatik or intrigera like what I noticed in forumers who can't live up to the moniker of 'golden friendship', I'm even recalling some CDO friends I met just to convince myself. I also hope you do extra effort to bring back the image of CDO that they have impressed negatively on us, only they can be blamed for the blotted image of their city.

In behalf of some (obviously not all) CDO people I met, I honestly recall and bitaw they were one of the friendliest and good natured people I've met and even uniquely sets them apart, pwera lang tung nagpakita sa kangil-ad sa internet and other offense made by others. Kung sa bagay klase klase na man gud mga bagong tao dinha, maybe the original people there are the ones legendarily known to be friendly. Unta it will be maintained as legacy by other generations to maintain their culture to keep them known as "city of golden friendship". That may probably take extra effort para mabawi.

Since dili sya mo apologize, magsakit nalang imo buot ani bro? CDO is a small city, for sure di kau maliligaw, tapos dikit dikit yung mga places na gusto nyung puntahan kaya i know you will have a fun filled day.

that depends kung unsa nga lifestyle ang nakasanayan nimo..Para nako marajaw puy-an ang surigao del sur kung gusto ka outdoors activities like surfing (Lanuza-dunay annual international surfing competition diri ug Tandag City), mountain biking ug river trekking (Carmen, Lanuza, san miguel ug cagwait)..Daghan pa lasang diri ug puno sa wildlife. Gihulga lang ni karon sa mga minero ug loggers..governor pa diri ang numero uno nga minero...Try here para uban ta sa kawsa batok aning mga tawhana nga nagguba sa kinaiyahan..Im from cebu..nakabase ko ron diri para pagproteher ning kinaiyahan diri..
