Hows NCR CDC, Inc. now?

6 times na ko ni-apply sa NCR (twice na year). Wala ko gyud ko madawat. Kutob ra ko sa interview kanang naa ang interviewer ka'y team leader na. At least nice ang akong experience nila. Mangayo man gyud ko og advice (employee productivity, skills, etc).

Anyway.. Based sa current nga skills nako, ok ra ang ilang sweldo. Ikaw nalang bahala pag-adjust ana.

tsk tsk tsk sayang ang referral fee na 5000? ha ha. be responsible when you refer, tell them what to expect sa work, sa people, sa company, not only you will get your share sa referral, then thats it..Dont say only the positive side or refute the things previously said, whatever is true so be it..

@xxXXxx.. yup mao bitaw.. everything bad and good na sulti na ani nga thread and the previous thread before.. and if they still want to apply.. up to them naman na... personally, I don't recommend this company (due to management) but if they want to apply, then why not refer them.

in every company naa man gyud na ang eyes and ears of every higher management in Atlanta....

ang ubang info ba, basin naay truth pero sa una ra tingali... akong advice is this. For those who wants to apply at NCR, go for it. Ang mga taw nga naa problema sa NCR, ilaha pud na... Everybody has a different personality when it comes to work environment. Basin kadtong ganahan mu-apply sa company kay mag-enjoy ra diay sila sa company inig sud kay lahi ilang perspective. Kadtong hilig jud mamantay sa politics sa workplace and dili ang ilang work ang gi-atupag, of course lahi jud ang outcome ana... Ako lang suggestion is,sa mga ganahan mu-apply, hala apply! and if you don't like it then resign. Pero if you don't try it at all, then you will never know what you missed out. And I say this not just for NCR. It's for all companies. Anyways, wala may perfect company. It just so happens, nga naa lay thread about NCR and kadtong naay problem with the company, kay naka-voice out sila... I guess if naay thread ang ubang companies, naa sad tingali mu-voice out didto... D ba What you think You decide for yourself... Ang mga nag-reklamo diri kay kasuway naman jud ni cla... Let's just respect their experiences. Pero kung personalay na gali, ay dili lang nato labuton ang company, kay dili naman na professional ug dating... Just my POV.

If you want to waste a time of your life... then apply sa NCR...

Isnt this a sign of a management who doesnt care about their employees at all?... A management who USES people and when nagkabulilyaso maoy tamakan?...A management who USES people and if they become a pain in their ASS fire them?... Isnt this a sign of a management who cant take criticism?...A sign of management who thinks highly of themselves but is a coward when Atlanta management knows about their mistakes then pasanginlan ang mga tao.... Read between the lines...

Speaking of pasanginlan... I heard JM a leader of fastlane group was being blamed by RA because she did not do her job daw of not sending a warning letter of her subordinate...nga ni resign na karon...
Yes mao na ang gisulti ni RA ngadto ni ____ nga it was JMs fault....when its RAs fault....

Do you know that the grandfather of that engineer, was a lawyer and wishes to talk to RA for her kabugoan kay dili unta to tagaan ug certificate of employment ang ni resign.. and then RA never answered the call sige lang ug ingon wala daw sya, bisan naa sya iya cube and then klaro kaayo sa engineer, lagot kaayo ang relative sa engineer....

Ing ana lang gud na ka unprofessional ang ATONG HR MANAGER.. DILI KAHIBAW MOATUBANG UG PROBLEMA SIGE LANG DAGAN, TAGO UG PASANGIL SA UBANG TAO...

Looy kaayo si JM..i dont know if she knew about it, but i know she felt it...Anyway tua man sad US si JM.

haaaaay!!! sweldo man karon...mao ni ako ma sulti...ayaw nalang mo ug apply sa ncr. sakto si igo ka dont waste your time. kung naay lain ka balhinan mo balhin gyud ko para dili nako mag agwanta.
katong mga tao na ni inquire kung naa ba nightshift. naa, pero kutob ra daw..."DAW" karong dec. pero mao ni akong point...hago kaau ang nightshift pero akong sweldo kay mura rag gi punan ug 1k ang sweldo nako sa daytshift. allah Damnit!

naa pud koy na dungan sa meeting sa mga group lead with jeff...pero mura mag negative ang pa daku-an ug sweldo ang mga employees kay matud pa niya "there's nothing I can do about it". hahay...
