The first card that will be available from AMD is HD2900XT, promised for around the end of May. It was benchmarked at DailyTech. It looks like it's a bit better than the 8800 GTS 640 MB, when overclocked, but still nowhere near the 8800 GTX. Kind of unfair, in fact, since I can overclock the 8800 GTS too and it comes up on top again(between ati and 8800gts 320mb).

The HD2900XTX is the bigger brother of the XT

hd2900xtx is as much faster than the cards that you have mentioned though -_- as well as 3870 hd x2.

Age of Conan... occupies 32 GB in your hard disk. I'm sure it's the most heavy MMO game when it comes to sys req. But game, as a general, I'm not sure.

@wakkanakka get at least 8600ddr3 or 8800gt, that should cost you around 8k+ for 8800gt. or if you're in tight budget. 8600ddr3 should be enough.
