Didto nako sa ila office gahapon bro and the manager keep their stand not to replace the AVR kay na overload lagi kuno and the supplier won't replace it. Ingon sila if kana mga burn gyud kuno dili gyud sila mo replace ana. I told them that an AVR is a passive equipemnt is not it my fault if nag overload na siya na I already gave you the specs of the PC na ako gi attached diha but they presumed na ako kuno gibutangan pa og lain na equipment mao na overload.
I will make a complaint letter to DTI. Already prepared the letter and drop it to their office anytime soon.
I don't know maybe I don't have positive aura for them. With regards to interaction I don't think I did the damn way of interacting to them, maybe they damn don't understand my point but they have their argument also we can't blamed them (the overload thing) but on my side I don't see any point in mishandling the item.
Included in my complaint letter
