hi guys... the core to duo is faster and better than the athlon x2 man gyud. But its more expensive. Think of it this way, kung the cheapest core 2 duo na comparable to athlon 4800 x2 if price ang basis, the c2d is slower. THAT'S KUNG PRICE ONLY. But if u have more than 35K and above budget for a PC. Then go for C2D, but if not then stick to X2. Athlon X2= budget gamer C2D=serious gamer.
