Did you purchased the AVR at the same year? if so, dili man ni violate ka natural dili ka maka avail sa AWR you have to wait for 1 month for replacement. Mas ikaw pa gani na aragabyado kay dugay nana kaayo nila.

Ayaw lage padala sa sulti sa manager wala cla rights mo ask nimo nga magpa fax pa cla sa pc detail nga imo gi paslak sa AVR, lisora ana bro gi binuangan kalang nila. One thing dili lage na mahitabo nga Overload bro 1 AVR is capable of handling 1 PC of course if na melt cya sa quality na sa AVR dili na imoha sala.

Did you talk to DTI? if so did you told them your situation? patabang nila ok. hadloka ang taga PCX ayaw padala bro fight for your rights ok? Ayaw pag fax pangusog for replacement kay samokan rana cla k.

Yes bro I already called DTI and they told me to make a letter of complain address to the DTI Regional director and submit it to them notarized. I already make the letter ready just in case na dli gyud sila mo replace after i well give them the the specs i want it a replacement na gyud don't want to accept any reason pa gyud. Thanks bro.

sa ako experience bro , ok ra mn pcx , ive tried returning 2 hardwares sa ilaha and both were replaced
man ( Asus DVD Writer and MSI P965 Neo2 Mobo )anyway it was proven na material defect man jud ...

Napaso nako diha purchased kog 7 ka units nia ang upat mga defective boards, sus wait pakag 1 Month kai ipadala pag Manila, nia walai service unit ihatag. In short PCXpress after Sales is "NOT GOOD" after all.

Dretso istorya sa manager. If dli jud, pa char2x lng og istorya. Tell some BS stories until they bite it. Otherwise, as last resort go to DTI. Pero much better tingali kung ad2 ka sa TV media like ABS-CBN/GMA. haha j/k but if you take it seriously it should do fine also. haha

ni degrade na jud diay sila? sakto diay ko sa akong gut feeling nga di ko palit didto. first time jud nako ni palit sa lain stores sa mga upgrades nako.
