yo, i don't think $1 = Php40 is the current rate, i think its around $1 = 46.

beware - total rip off. paypal funds can easily be withdrawn to almost all PH banks, where if the amount is less than 7K pesos, paypal only charges 50 pesos. for amount 7k pesos above the transaction is free.
