i have dandruff, i think it's due to not washing your hair properly. so invest in a good anti-dandruff shampoo, put a little lang sa hair and make sure to wash it off properly. pwede pud magpa MATRIX ka sa mga salon, nka tabang bya to control sa akong dandruff. and yes if stressed ka mu daghan gyud imong dandruff.

Try to use CLEAR shampoo. Before i use this shampoo, i have my dandruff for years but when I use CLEAR, nawagtang na gyod. I highly recommend this shampoo to everybody. Proudly Phil. made yet

not all anti dandruff products have the same active ingredients. there's ketoconazole, tar, selenium sulfide to name a few. sometimes you need to try different products to see what works for you.
