How can the Altis be designed as a luxury vehicle when in fact pang taxi man na.

Camry is considered luxury for toyota, not Altis. Altis will never be considered a luxury vehicle

So meaning to say, a benz is not a luxury car because its also being used as a taxi?

I did not say the civic is a luxury car, I only say it is better looking than the altis. And also please do not compare the altis to the benz because altis is nowhere near the class of benz. Benz is benz no matter how it is use, its still a benz. Altis is a small car with a trying hard look to be luxury. I am just saying that civic looks better than the altis. they should designed the altis sportier.

I have my toyotas( camry and SUVS) but no altis. I have my benz. Toyota is a good car but I just like the civic compare to the altis. Thats my opinion.

And now, are you an altis fan boy? well thats also your opinion if you like the altis.

if you have a new altis? sorry to hurt your feelings but you should have bought the new civic.

kung gusto kag porma and medjo naay arrival hehe civic but as what many have said economica ang altis galing lang daghan na gihimo taxi mao sad..for me in short ill go for altis mahal na kau gas anyway di btaw ko murag taxi driver ug nawong har har har naa ra na sa ga da..

I think na OT naka Harvz86. This thread is focus between Honda civic and Toyota Corolla Altis not mercedes benz. I agree it was predo who mentioned that Altis was built for luxury not bostonfan. He only said that civic was better looking.

Dili ta mag away tungod naay ganahan sa civic and uban ganahan sa Altis. Kung asa mo ganahan, mauna palita. Its your money to spend. nahala! palit namog auto! hehe

Culture wise... mao ni ang one thing nga lahi diri sa Pinas. We are the only Country that looks down on TAXIS.... murag mata pobre kaayo.... in other countries... they use BMW's and Mercs as Taxis...

I would say image conscious ra kaayo ang mga pinoy.. so what if taparan ka ug taxi.. does that make you
feel cheap? Imo ra man sad nang perception...

It's obvious that honda wants to appeal to image conscious people like you. People who don't want to be seen with a "pang taxi" car. Kung taparan ka ug BMW, Merc... unsa naman ang hitsura sa imong image karon? Does it make you feel cheap?

With regards to Toyota Taxis.. Operators are thankful nga naay car nga Reliable and Low Maintenance Costs and has spare parts readily available.

You cannot do that with a Honda...

It's not only that Honda won't allow their cars to be taxis... but it's also not feasible to do so.
