nothing wrong baya kung mangutang... depende sa needs and wants baya, labi na for emergency...

bet. credit card and credit corp., it still depends... if you buy something lang sa malls, stores, etc., go for credit cards but utang ka nga housing, car, personal loans, go to credit corp.
