    Hello Masters!

Again, for the past 30 mins sukad nako gi install ang CPU cooler na gigabyte G-Power Lite and CPU temp nako wa man kalahian sa una while im using stock so far. When diay na mo effect? wala jud ko idea ana gud.

    Using stock HSF:
    45C - 48C idle
    50C-60C when load

When using the gigabyte G-Power Lite CPU cooler
    40C-46C idle
I dont know if mo taas cya when LOAD ako pa i test.

Ako gi disable ang Qfan should I disable or enable?

PCX told me to update the BIOS, should I do it?

Why man dili ma usab iya temperature? Wala na way mo ubos pa cya? Pls suggest thanks..

bro base sa imong post. mura ni epek man ang g power lite cooler nemo. but onsa pud specs sa emo processor? depende pud na sa processor nemo

dapat mu match ang watts sa emo processor ug hsf.

for example emo processor kay 65w then mu max ug 80w then ang hsf pud nemo naa pud nay handling lvl like 90w to 120w depende sa hsf note the more higher the more expensive. but sa hsf the more expensive the more effective.
ug ang pag butang pud diay sa thermal paste. tuniq tx2 akong ma recommend nemo
and strategic location sa emo fans dapat dili mu recycle ang hangin.

if you like pili lang ani nga line up:
    sunbeam core contact freezer
    thermalright u120
    nt07
    xigmatek
    tuniq tower
    zalman
    arctic freezer 64 pro
<-- mao ni akong current hsf and pang masa price
pili lang ani bro payter ni tanan depende nalang kung asa ani emo ma afford.

    My Specs sa CPU

    Mobo: M2N-MX SE Plus
    CPU: AMD Athlon 4800+ X2 65w
    Cooler: Gigabyte G-Power Lite

Actually it stays 46-47C but i dont know if mo saka cya if mag games ko. I am almost tempted to update the bios but I think I need not coz ni basa ko sa asus they said no need to uprade your bios this time.

What if the CPU temperature will rise again even using the new CPU cooler? wala ba mo epekto ang akong CPU cooler? or naa jud problema ang CPU?

    pls suggest thanks..

try running Orthos or OCCT and monitor your temps...its the best way to burn test your processor & see how good your new cooler is...ma download ra na nimo ang both softwares...

It takes 20 hours for the thermal paste to cure.

For guaranteed better operating temps, you might want to try these We have the same cooler and CPU when I did these.

    First, the heatsink.

    Orginal

    After the 600 grit

and finish product after 2500 grit. Nice eh?

    Next, CPU

My AMD athlon 64x2 brisbane. Sory about the picture quality, Im using my Nokia N71.

After the 600 grit. Hmm, so, CPU's are not even. You can see that the sides got most of the sanding.

And the final product after the 2500 grit.

    So, how effective is this?

    Before temps

    After temps.

Not much gained there, about 3 to 5 degress C. and I ruined my warranty. Hehehe.
    Have you guys tried this?
Heres the link for the guide in case you might want to try lapping your IHS and HS
