Is MSU run by a Board of Regents like UP which will choose on who will be the university president or is the university president chosen through a presidential appointment?

Besides we have to be concerned because MSU is a public school. It is run by peoples money. It should serve its purpose to provide quality education to our Christian and Muslim brithers in Mindanao. Is this the way how you view us in Mindanao. If that is so, there is really a good reason why MILF is pushing for independence for discriminatory Visayans like you.

i'm also from mindanao bai, that's why i said that. it's just an ordinary school. it's a public school like any gov't controled elementary and secondary schools. UP is a public school too.

See, you should know. You dont belittle MSU. Many of our finest professionals, civic leaders and outstanding public officials are alumni of Mindanao State University. You should apologize for the insults that you heap of this school. It plainly shows non sense arrogance and intellectual ignorance.

yes, and also the finest rebel advisers and leaders, activist, corrupt armm officials, and some big time kidnap for ransom syndicate leaders. don't tell me about mindanao kid, i've been all around mindanao, the farthest i've been is sitangkay island in tawi-tawi. i can speak fluent, maguindanaon and a little maranaw. i know how the system works in MSU, my bestfriends mom was once a top official of the said school. i know all the "bulok" in their system and how they squeeze juice from their students. and i will not apologize coz i don't care if the school will burn to the ground. if you're a student of that school, know it's history before you start patronizing it. good luck!
