the safest bet is at the banks. they're lower but u have the peace of mind that u get 'genuine' dollars. and importantly, more safe for u. unless of course, u know who u'r dealing with.

yeah, sa bank jud btaw ang best option..

there was one time i was in a bank and nag hisgot sila about dollars.. mupalit cla sa bank but they keep it in a safe deposit or time deposit or something like that.. also, i learned that it is bet to buy during the "ber" seasons especially december coz that is the time na mas baba ang presyo sa dollar dri tungod sa mga mu uli na OFW's..

ingon sa uban the best place to buy dollars is in banks.. thats right....

banks do buy dollars at a very cheap rate... coz dako sila og ginansya ani... they'll gonna "sell" it in the future kanang time nga medyo dako na ang pagsaka sa value sa dollar vs. peso... syempre dako na og margin based sa original buying rate...

now i wonder which bank kanang pinakabarato og hatag... i -research kuno nato ni beh...
