monthly is 450, with additional 50php for extension TV.. that's what I heard sa lineman, yet to be confirmed..

when you say additional 50 per extension TV... ex. 2 tv's... 1st tv watching a specific channel can the 2nd tv watch another channel or dili? kay ang skycable nag implement mansila aning blackbox2x thing... kabalhinoon na gyud mi sa akong erpats ug lain cable tv provider kay ang napalit na LCD tv kay walay gamit batii kaayo ug kuha-a...

Skycable delivers a highly compressed low resolution picture. On a big TV (40" and above), its horrible to watch...
It almost looks like its just 320x240 and than highly compressed, so lots or artifacts...

aahh so makita na ang difference kung lcd ang tv?

I can not watch skycable on my 42" TV and my 32" LCD at all. I changed to dream satellite, which has a little better image... but still crappy. On a normal CRT, it looks fine so far, but on my LDC's... forget it.
I am hoping that one day, they also change to HD-TV like in many other countries... for what are our big LCD or Plasma TV's good when we have no HD? Just for DVD/BD watching? Haha...

that's what they are bragging about also.. they offer 85 channels for 450php compared to sky's 65+ channels at 600php..

before skycable implemented those box things, we can watch different channels in different TVs, and skycable is using coaxial cables (i think).. how much more with destiny who uses fiber optics?
