Skycable delivers a highly compressed low resolution picture. On a big TV (40" and above), its horrible to watch...
It almost looks like its just 320x240 and than highly compressed, so lots or artifacts...

FYI they are still installing the fiber optics within the whole city.. it might take some time for them to be up-and-running..

people, Destiny has been in Mandaue and Lapu-lapu for quite some time na.. sa Cebu City lang ni xa na dugay ug abot because their application for franchise here in cebu city was blocked by skycable in NTC.. maayo gani nga wla naminaw ang NTC sa skycable..

moving on, if you're not from cebu city, please refrain from asking if Destiny is in your area, because they are (other than layo na jud kaau abot sa bukid )..
