Here is what happened. I opened my casing, boot my pc in safe mode, uninstalled my NVIDIA driver and restart my PC. It still shows the weird colors and would not go past the windows loading part.
Let me elaborate more of what I saw in the windows loading screen. I'm also seeing lots of blue vertical broken lines. When it was supposed to be a Windows welcome screen, the broken vertical line suddenly filled my entire screen, after a few seconds, the screen went pitch black. The power LED (green light) of my monitor did not change (it did not blink) but I am not seeing anything in my screen.

Try kuno clearing the BIOS. That might help.
