a lechon manok business has a small entry barrier. that's why there are a lot of gaya2x out there. Basically you have a lot of competition and unless you have great positioning, it will be very difficult to profit from it as you will not be in control of the market.

If you plan to start a lecon manok business youneed to have a positioing that can beat the market. WIthout positioning that sets your product apart from the rest of the market, you will only be selling a commodity and commodities can only compete based on price. I recommend you read Trump University's Marketing 101 before you start your business. It's an easy book to read though slightly technical but it will give you an edge over the other businesses out there.

depende sa Materials bro...nay tag 20K or less angle bar lng depende pod sa size ang price napod tag 40-50k if stainless bars...contaka lng ko bro hehe

wait lng mo sa Franchise sa Balamban Liempo next year!hehe

Make sure lng ur lechon manok has a unique taste just like sr pedro...tiktilaok etc....
if Liempo imo nahan negosyo make sure unique pod xa pareha sa Balamban Liempo hehe

In this kind of Business bro you nid to have Market Differentiation or the way that you make your business or product more desirable than all the others like it.
