IDE problem

need your help mga bro, naa koy foxconn nga mobo ba, magproblema ug detect sa Harddisk if sa primary IDE nako iconnect. It will detect the Model but ang capacity is zero. If itaud nako sa secondary, ok raman. Recently, naguba ang supply nako, its possible mao ni ang reason naguba ang primary. My question is if sa secondary nako itaud, will i lose performance or will i encounter any future problems? thank you daan mga bros.

Update your BIOS replace the IDE Cable. Mao ra ni ako gibuhat sauna.

It can be the IDE cable. If the cable is not properly installed, the model might get detected, but the size not, because communication between bios and HDD is broken.

basin ang Primary IDE slot sa mobo ang problema..

before updating your bios...

like they said, IDE cable needs to be replaced..
