I know its not that easy to do that, to tell him straight that I don't love you anymore.. its like im stuck with you.. no changes.. etc.. yeah but you need to let go and move on and love again..

be frank, but dont be too frank. tell him/her na you're losing your feelings. maybe may solution pa or maybe that is really the end.
bottom line is, you're going to hurt somebody but it is better for the both of you in the long run.
