depende man jud sa nature inyo relationship and how bad the break up was.
in my case, mas maau makasala ang guy ig buwag, kay dali rako makalet go jud.
if the reason for the break up was outside factors na dili ninyo ma control but that you still love each other, pagka paet jud kay dugay jud ko maka let go.
but in both ways, break up is really hard and sad. you can always remember the happy moments you once had. and sometimes you would hope na lang na maypa wa na lang jud mo nag kauban if it will only end up very painful for the both of you. lessons are learned the hard way...
