Why must people always think that "because other people do it, I can too". I am well aware of people having multiple accounts. It happens. I, BeoR or Galadriel don't have time to go through all the logs to police this to the letter. We have jobs and busy lives.

If we do get proof of multiple accounts, we will handle it by using the banhammer. The decision has already been made. Trying to justify breaking the rules while at the same time admitting your man has broken the rules is .... eh ... locking yourself up and throwing away the keys. In a court of law, the jury would laugh at you.
