hi!
im with smartbro for abt 2yrs na, havent experience serious probs with the connection, been thinking to switch to globelines 1mbps. is it worth a gamble? by the way im located in basak pardo area. any thoughts guys?

something to share:


i have a friend operating an internet cafe business there in pardo. the business is powered by globe brokenband.

now its more than 2 weeks already their internet connectivity is in RIP. my friend is opting now for Bayan DSL as he wants stable connection to suffice their operations.

YOU ARE BETTER OFF WITH YOUR CURRENT ISP! DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF SWITCHING TO GLOBE BOREDBAND..

hmmm, at what time during the day it shall be disconnected? frequency or intervals of disconnections? what kind of disconnection you mean, modem drops its sync'ed from their server or sudden no load in browsing? did you checked the cables if something is wrong or stripped out? modem might also be defective because i have experienced it from them before.

Between 11am - 2pm bro. If ma disconnect cya ma off jud ang "Link" light sa modem nya mag blink blink tapos mo connect og balik. Actually, dri na ila techs ge change na ang cables... Hope ma ok na ni...

We've been getting rock-solid, uninterrupted service from BayanTEL, it's a way better performer in terms of reliability and uptime, compared to our other ISP (PLDT).

But for what price? I am SURE its FAR more expensive than other ISP, right?

Try to call their Customer Service bro para ma attend dayon imo problem.
As far as i know they will give you a fault ticket number or its like a tracking
number for you to use when you follow up if the need arise.
